Investment Incentives

Due in Dinh Vu Economic Zone - Cat Hai investors have special offers:

•  Enterprise income tax:

-  The enterprise income tax rate is 10% in 15 years from the investment project begins to get turnovers.

-  The enterprise income tax is exempted in 4 years from the time of having taxed income and reduced 50% not over 9 years after (the tax exemption time is calculated from the first year of taxed income). In case, enterprises don’t have profit for first 3 year and they have profit from 4th year so the exempted, reduce tax time will count from 4th year.

•  The personal income tax: Reducing 50% of the personal income tax for the labourers at home and abroad working in Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone.

•  Land use tax: 100% free in the whole time of renting

Beside the priorities on the import-export duties, VAT etc… as stipulated in Decision No. 06/2008/TTg made by the PM on the activity regulations of Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone., Nam Dinh Vu is also flexible to adjust the land renting price, the payment provision, customer service etc… to provide the investors the most convenient conditions.
