• Quality control: 3-level protection system, 24/7 monitoring, ensuring quick isolation of incidents
• Public lighting electricity of phase 1 has basically been completed with about 550 light poles and 03 100KVA transformer stations. The system is automatically installed, changing seasonally.

WATER

WASTE WATER

• Collected into the sewage treatment plant (phase 1 with capacity of 10,000 m3/day) before being discharged into the environment.
• Waste water treatment module 1 of phase 1: 6,500m3/day
• On-site waste water pre-treatment facilities available on demand
• Before being taken to the centralized wastewater treatment plant, the required waste water must be pre-treated to meet the effluent standards of the IP.
• Automatic monitoring stations continuously measure the quality of wastewater after treatment

FIRE-FIGHTING SYSTEM

• Hydrant system is underground 100%
• Pressure: 5-7 bar
• Flow pressure: 6kg
• Capacity: 480m3/hour
• The rescue column from 120-150m has 1 fire extinguisher pole
• System of 3 pumps

SOLID WASTE

• Solid waste storage area of the Industrial Park with an area of 300m2, is divided into 3 areas: Domestic waste storage, industrial waste storage and hazardous waste storage
• Garbage collection area arising from daily activities, maintenance and cleaning of IZs
• Cooperate with licensed entities to collect, transport and handle

DRAINAGE

• 100% collection and drainage network is underground by HDPE pipes
• 100% rainwater collection network by concrete box culvert

MAINTENANCE & SECURITY

• 24/7 surveillance by trained security team
• Periodical maintenance of roads, street lighting, green area, drainage system, etc.
