On January 11, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the EHA Hai Phong Industrial & Logistics Project was held at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, located within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City. The project has a total investment capital of nearly VND 900 billion and covers an area of approximately 9 hectares, marking a significant milestone in the development of modern industrial and logistics infrastructure at Nam Dinh Vu.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities, Hai Phong city leaders, the project investor, strategic partners, contractors, and distinguished guests.
A Strategic Cooperation Between Thang Long Corporation and EHA Industrial
The EHA Hai Phong Industrial & Logistics Project is invested by EHA Hai Phong Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (EHA Industrial). This is the first project implemented under the strategic cooperation between Thang Long Corporation – JSC and EHA Industrial, representing an important step in expanding investment activities in the industrial park and logistics infrastructure sector.

Development of International-Standard Industrial and Logistics Infrastructure
The project is master-planned to develop a comprehensive system of ready-built factories, mixed-use industrial facilities, and modern warehouses, offering flexible floor areas to meet the diverse needs of manufacturing, supporting industries, and logistics service providers.
All industrial buildings and warehouses are designed in accordance with international standards, focusing on optimized functionality, operational efficiency, and future scalability. The project targets the provision of Ready-Built Factory (RBF) and Ready-Built Warehouse (RBW) solutions, enabling investors to shorten project implementation timelines and accelerate business operations.
According to its development strategy, EHA Industrial aims to gradually expand its investment portfolio, targeting the development of tens of hectares of ready-built factories and warehouses in Hai Phong in the coming years, with Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park identified as a key strategic location.
