* Business development:

* Account management:

* Deal with complaint:
– Can manage complain from customer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated university/college from Maritime, Foreign Trade,..or any other related to Freight/Logistics Industry with experienced from 4 years for this position (Freight Forwarding).
– Male/ Female.
– English/Japanese/Korean communication.
– Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
– Excellent negotiation techniques.
– Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology.
– Excellent presentation techniques.
– Strong Problem-Solving skills.
– Pro-active.
– Able to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Oversee daily business activities
– Be accountable for JV performance: Budget and KPI follow-up, propose operational improvements, simplify processes, market studies
– Develop strategic plans such as sales development and establishing new barge routes by securing new cargo entry points
– Improve overall business functions: improve operational efficiency, implement IT systems and innovative digital solutions
– Train heads of departments and create company policies
– Communicate on business goals and company performance to all stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you might need:
– Experience: 7 to 10 years work experience minimum in Shipping, Port and Terminal or Freight Forwarding
– Competencies & Skills: Logistics knowledge,
+ B2B Sales experience, Logistics knowledge,
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
